This is an HD animation that was constructed for an urban center design concept (not our design, we were commissioned for the animation). To date, the largest Sketchup model we have constructed. This is part 1 of a 3 part series, and this section of the overall plan encompasses the residential district.
Before the large real estate downturn, architectural visualization was a large portion of our business, though our goal was always to parlay our design and fabrication skills into opportunities to create one of a kind sculptures that people can live in. And our most recent clients, Kim and Steve Hollander, have allowed us to unleash our creativity to a level we have never experienced before. But that is the subject for many more entries, coming soon!
